His qualifications include MBA (Marketing) from MONIRBA, University of Allahabad and a Diploma in International Trade.

Having 36 years of experience in teaching, training, industry and trade, he has held senior positions in the Industry - Been associated with top Companies such as National Productivity Council, POLYSET, VOLTAS, L&T, HP-Compaq, MICROSOFT, GODREJ, PCS-DG etc. during his long career.

He has successfully completed 9 industrial projects from concept to commissioning and has extensive domain knowledge of various industrial sectors.

An expert on Business Strategy, he is also an experienced Corporate Trainer on soft skills and is well known in the corporate circles as a “thought leader”.

He has developed some original learning models and sincerely believes that simplicity is not allowing complexities to get in the way.

He has carried out deep research in the area of “Futuristic Leadership” and designed a Training Program on the same in 4 Modules which are regarded as foundational for corporate success in the 21st. Century.

He is also a visiting Professor with several Business Schools where he goes out of personal passion in order to help the students become more corporate relevant and industry ready.
